The first message

Prof. Takashi YODA（NuFlare Future Technology Laboratory）

　I am Takashi Yoda, and was appointed as a professor of the NuFlare Future Technology Laboratory in the Laboratory for Future Interdisciplinary Research of Science and Technology (FIRST) on July 1st, 2018. I have been engaged in R&D of Si-LSI based process and equipment technologies. Most recently, I'm focusing on the development of key technologies of electron beam mask writers and epitaxial growth equipment at NuFlare Technology, Inc. To survive in the upcoming leading edge global market, the disruptive innovation will be crucial. This is the reason why I've decided to start our Laboratory. The turning point of the era of new technology is coming. With the sophisticated platform of Tokyo Institute of Technology, I'll do my best to achieve the new collaboration scheme and also I am looking forward to working with you all.
