New faculty members： Asst. Prof. Toshihiro KAWASE（October 1, 2017）
着任挨拶 Asst. Prof. Toshihiro KAWASE（Biomedical Engineering）
I was appointed as Assistant Professor in Tadano group in FIRST and Institute of Biomaterials and Bioengineering in Tokyo Medical and Dental University from October 1, 2017. I received doctor degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2012 and have been working in Research Institute of National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities and Koike and Yoshimura group in FIRST. My research has been focused on exoskeleton robots using biological signals and human sensorimotor function. I will research on highly integrated human-machine systems with consideration of properties of human sensorimotor system.
