3D printers are being used in various fields such as medical, architecture and fashion. Performance of 3D printers is gradually improving, such as modeling precision, types of materials, and shortening of molding time. In this lecture, from the viewpoint of product design, the current state of utilization, problems and future prospects of 3D printers are discussed.
