Imaging Science and Engineering Research Center

I have been promoted to Professor at Laboratory for Future Interdisciplinary Research of Science and Technology (FIRST) and Advanced Research Center for Social Information Science and Technology(ASIST) as of September 1, 2024. I have been engaged in research on medical image processing and medical information systems, including the design and implementation of functions for online insurance eligibility verification using My Number cards, with a focus on social implementation. Starting in October, under a new research center, I will collaborate with professors in medical feild to advance research aimed at building a next-generation medical information system infrastructure that can manage all medical and health data generated in medical institutions and households, linking it to individuals and enabling its effective use with their consent. I look forward to your continued guidance and support.
